At the end of summer, I try to use up all the herbs I have in my garden. One of the things I enjoy making is my Herb Butters. Today's recipe is Basil, but you can use any herb you desire. Mix and match, have fun!

- 1 stick butter soften
- - basil fresh chopped ( to taste )
- - lemon peel grated ( to taste)
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WITH BUTTER UNTIL WELL I N CORPERATED.
How To Make basil butter

Step 1Load in plastic wrap, zip lock bag or wax paper, and form tube.

Step 2Make sure all air is out of tube.

Step 3Freeze up to 6 months. ENJOY!
