Here is a basic BBQ rub that will go on any thing.Like country -style ribs and pork steaks, chicken and fish.

  • 11/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    smoked paprika
  • BBQ DRY RUB

How to Make BASIC BBQ DRY RUB

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl,mix together white and brown sugars,salt,pepper, and smoked paprika. Rub onto pork 10min. prior to grilling. Store any leftover rub in a sealed container.
