  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
