Ingredients For asian marinade

  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cooking sherry
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

How To Make asian marinade

    In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, sherry, brown sugar and garlic. Pour into a large resealable bag. Place chicken in the bag and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. After marinade process is complete, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet. Sear one side of chicken approximately 6 minutes or until well browned. Turn chicken over and cook 6 minutes or until desired doneness.
