- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
How To Make asian marinade

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, sherry, brown sugar and garlic. Pour into a large resealable bag. Place chicken in the bag and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. After marinade process is complete, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet. Sear one side of chicken approximately 6 minutes or until well browned. Turn chicken over and cook 6 minutes or until desired doneness.
