asian inspired ginger-garlic marinade
I threw this together with things I had in my kitchen, and it was AMAZING! It can be used on everything! Fish, shrimp, venison, steak, chicken, and pork! NOTE: If you don't really like honey, you can use a few tablespoons of brown sugar instead. :)

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger or ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sake
- - juice of 1 lime
How To Make asian inspired ginger-garlic marinade

Step 1Put all ingredients into a large bowl, and whisk everything together until honey (or sugar) has completely dissolved.

Step 2Marinate meats and seafood at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
