Chimichurri is a traditional accompaniment to steak and other BBQed meats in Argentina. It is also good on sausages, fish, chicken and even on a bowl of chili! It can also be used as a marinade for meats.
Most recipes I've found are for large batches. This one is small enough to use up in a few days.
