I'm not sure where I got this recipe...but its awesome on a buttered roll or a buttered piece of whole wheat.

Ingredients

5 cups shredded zuchinni
5 cups sugar
1 package strawberry jello
1 package rasberry jello
10 ounces frozen strawberries

How To Make zuchinni jelly

Step 1

Mix the zuchinni and the sugar and let stand overnight.

Step 2

Next day, Bring to a boil, let boil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3

Ad both boxes of jello mix an the strawberries and boil for 10-13 minutes. Pour into canning jars and refrigerate.
