(Whatever) Rhubarb Freezer Jam
5 cfresh rhubarb, diced
1/2-1 cwater (i used 3/4 c)
4-5 csugar (i used 4 c)
1 can(s)(21 oz) pie filling, any flavor
2 box(3 oz each) jello, flavor to match or compliment pie filling
How to Make (Whatever) Rhubarb Freezer Jam
- Ladle into freezer containers. Store in the fridge for immediate use, or freeze up to 1 year.
-If your rhubarb has a lot of moisture in it already, only use 1/2 cup of water.
-You can alter the amount of sugar to your own taste.
-Change up the flavors of pie filling or jello to make custom flavors of jam.
