Ingredients
- 2and1/2 pound ripe peaches
- 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid crystal
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 package liquid fruit pectin
- 1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh
How To Make uncooked peach jam

Step 1clean and wash 7 half pint jars. place bands and lid in hot water

Step 2peel and chop peaches to equal 3 cups stir in sugar and let stand for 10min. add lemon juice and pectin

Step 3mix well for 5min. ladlejam in to jars fill 1 in to top wipe rim clean and cover with lid let stand for 24 hr. freeze for 1 year
