My family and friends love it! I make it every year when the berries are in season.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups blueberries,fresh
  • 3 cups red raspberries,fresh
  • 3 cups strawberries, fresh
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 packages sure gel, powdered
  • 11 cups sugar

How To Make triple-berry jam

  • Step 1
    Combine the berries and lemon juice in a large kettle-crush the fruit slightly-stir in sure gel.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat-stirring constantly- stir in sugar- return to a full rolling boil- boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat-skim off any foam- pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space-adjust caps
  • Step 4
    Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath
