Ingredients
- 4 cups blueberries,fresh
- 3 cups red raspberries,fresh
- 3 cups strawberries, fresh
- 1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
- 2 packages sure gel, powdered
- 11 cups sugar
How To Make triple-berry jam

Step 1Combine the berries and lemon juice in a large kettle-crush the fruit slightly-stir in sure gel.

Step 2Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat-stirring constantly- stir in sugar- return to a full rolling boil- boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

Step 3Remove from heat-skim off any foam- pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space-adjust caps

Step 4Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath
