How to Make Triple-berry Jam
- Combine the berries and lemon juice in a large kettle-crush the fruit slightly-stir in sure gel.
- Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat-stirring constantly- stir in sugar- return to a full rolling boil- boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat-skim off any foam- pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space-adjust caps
- Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath
