I know the name of these preserves sounds weird as well as the ingredients that goes into it, but I bet its something that you'll more than likely wanna try and make just to say, "Yeah, I tried it!".

Ingredients
- 4 cups ripe peeled,chopped, and drained tomatoes
- 2 - navel oranges,rind grated and pulp seeded and chopped
- 2 - limes, rind grated and pulp seeded and chopped
- 3 - cinnamon sticks
- 2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
- 4 cups sugar
How To Make tomato lime preserves

Step 1In a large heavy stainless steel saucepan, place all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let the mixture simmer about 1 hour until thickened.

Step 2Remove from heat and take out cinnamon sticks.

Step 3Fill jars to within 1/2 inch of the top and cap containers according to manufacturer's directions. Process in a hot water bath for 20 minutes.
