How to Make Strawberry Kiwi Jam
- 1Combine strawberries, kiwi, ginger powdered pectin and lemon juice in a large saucepot.
- 2Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- 3Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- 4Return to a rolling boil. Boil HARD 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 5Remove from heat and skim foam if necessary.
- 6Ladle hot jam into hot jars. Leaving 1/4 in of headspace.
- 7Process 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
