I got this recipe out of a Ball Book for canning. It is my favorite and I look forward to it every year when I can. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 3 cups crushed strawberries
- 3 - kiwi fruit peeled and diced fine
- 1 tablespoon minced crystallized ginger
- 1 package powdered pectin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 cups sugar
How To Make strawberry kiwi jam

Step 1Combine strawberries, kiwi, ginger powdered pectin and lemon juice in a large saucepot.

Step 2Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Step 3Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.

Step 4Return to a rolling boil. Boil HARD 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 5Remove from heat and skim foam if necessary.

Step 6Ladle hot jam into hot jars. Leaving 1/4 in of headspace.

Step 7Process 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
