This is easy to fix and much better then boughten spreads. This is very good on hot biscuits or cornbread.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
5 tablespoons honey
1 package 10-oz. frozen strawberries in syrup, drain (reserve juice)

How To Make strawberry-honey butter

Step 1

Whip butter and honey with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add strawberries and 1 tablespoon of reserved syrup, blend until smooth. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Will keep refrigerated up to one month.
