How to Make Red Raspberry Jam


  1. Thaw raspberries in 6 quart saucepan. Add lemon juice and sugar. Heat quickly to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat and at once stir in 1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin. Stir for a few minutes and skim, if necessary. Ladle into jelly jars and seal with paraffin.
