Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple (1 ea) cut in chunks
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

How To Make pineapple jam

  • Step 1
    Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook medium fire until it thickens(about 1:30 hours). I used a fork to mash a little the pineapple chunks when they get soft more or less after 1/2 hour of cooking.
  • Step 2
    Cool it completly. Pass it to a tight fitting lid jar. Serve on toast or ice cream.
