How to Make Pineapple Jam

  1. Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook medium fire until it thickens(about 1:30 hours). I used a fork to mash a little the pineapple chunks when they get soft more or less after 1/2 hour of cooking.
  2. Cool it completly. Pass it to a tight fitting lid jar. Serve on toast or ice cream.
