Yes you read correctly...Pecan Pie Jelly. The texture of this is amazing! A custard base with tiny bits of crunchy pecans.

Add to Grocery List

1 c
finely chopped pecans - i used a food processer
1 c
granulated white sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp
heaping brown sugar
1/4 c
1/4 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
pure maple syrup
1/2 c
brewed coffee
2 Tbsp
cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water

How to Make Pecan Pie Jelly


  • 1In a medium sauce pan combine coffee in butter cook on medium heat until butter has melted. Add sugars, salt, pecans, and maple syrup. Cook until sugar had dissolved completely.
  • 2When the pecan mixture just begins to boil add cornstarch mixture and stir until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  • 3Pour into jars allow to cool and refrigerate.
  • 4Use within 2 to 3 weeks.
