Ingredients

  • 4 cups pitted,peeled, and diced peaches
  • 4 cups pitted,peeled, and diced red plums
  • 7 1/2 cups sugar
  • - grated rind and juice of 1 lemon

How To Make peach plum jam

  • Step 1
    In a large heavy stainless steel or enamel saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook,stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
  • Step 2
    Fill jars to within 1/2 inch of top. Cap containers according to manufacturer's instructions and process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
