- - peach peelings
- - peach pits & peelings
- 1 box sure jell
How To Make peach jelly

Step 1Wash peaches,peel & stone saving both pit & peeling.In a pot cook pits & peeling with water to cover for 10 mins.Drain and measure juice use as per recipe in sure-jell.

Step 2Also next recipe cover pits &peelings with water and boil until juice is well extracted.To each pint juice add 1 pint of apple pectin & juice 1/2 lemon.Bring to boil add3/4 cup sugar to each cup of juice.Boilrapidly to jelly stage.

Step 3Apple pectin can be made at home alot of work just use sure-jell.
