This Peach freezer jam is quick, easy and delicious on toast, pancakes, ice cream, or even milk shakes. Keep in freezer safe storage containers and when you are ready to use, once thawed, they will last 1 month in the refrigerator..if it last that long!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed fresh peaches
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 box fruit pectin, powdered
  • 3/4 cup water

How To Make "peach freezer jam"

  • Step 1
    Mix crushed peaches with sugar, and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, stir the pectin into the water into a small saucepan.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
    Stir the boiling water/pectin mix into the peaches, mix well.
  • Step 5
    Allow to stand for 3 minutes before pouring into freezer safe containers.
  • Step 6
    Place lids on the containers, and leave for 24 hours.
  • Step 7
    Place into freezer, and store frozen until ready to use.
