No one in my family likes cranberry sauce from a can, so it was time I made something that would be eaten. My sister-in-law gave this her stamp of approval. Pretty tasty!

1/3 c
sweet orange marmelade

mandarin oranges

How to Make Orange cranberry sauce


  • 1put everything except mandarin oranges in heavy saucepan and cook uncovered on slow simmer for about 30 -40 minutes, stirring frequently
  • 2Drain oranges, break them up slightly then add and continue cooking about 20 minutes more.
  • 3When this cools it will jell nicely. I use the leftovers for cranberry fluff dessert that is delicious.
