Ingredients

  • 4 cups pureed strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar or or granulated splenda
  • 5 tablespoons realfruit instant pectin

How To Make no cook strawberry jam

  • Step 1
    stir sugar and instant pectin into a bowl
  • Step 2
    add strawberries stir for about 3 minutes
  • Step 3
    ladle jam into clean freezer jars to fill line twist on lids
  • Step 4
    let stand until thickened about 30 minutes. then freeze or refrigerate freeze up to a year refrigerate up to 3 weeks
