How to Make Meyer Lemon Rose Petal Jelly
- 1While you bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, slice the lemons int 8 sections. De-seed, but leave the rinds on. Chop the rose petals coarsely.
- 2Add all ingrediants except the pectin to the water, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.
