- 6 - meyer lemons
- 1 cup rose petals, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package fruit pectin, powdered
How To Make meyer lemon rose petal jelly

Step 1While you bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, slice the lemons int 8 sections. De-seed, but leave the rinds on. Chop the rose petals coarsely.

Step 2Add all ingrediants except the pectin to the water, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.

Step 3Turn the heat back up, and add the pectin when it has reached a full boil again. Boil for another minute, remove from heat, and seal tightly in a jar.
