Meyer Lemon Rose Petal Jelly

This is a surprisingly delicious treat to try on your favorite breakfast bread or dessert!

Ingredients

  •   6
    meyer lemons
  •   1 c
    rose petals, chopped
  •   3 c
    water
  •   2 c
    sugar
  •   1 pkg
    fruit pectin, powdered

How To Make

    While you bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, slice the lemons int 8 sections. De-seed, but leave the rinds on. Chop the rose petals coarsely.
  • 2
    Add all ingrediants except the pectin to the water, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.

    Turn the heat back up, and add the pectin when it has reached a full boil again. Boil for another minute, remove from heat, and seal tightly in a jar.
