Ingredients

  • 6 - meyer lemons
  • 1 cup rose petals, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 package fruit pectin, powdered

How To Make meyer lemon rose petal jelly

  • Step 1
    While you bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, slice the lemons int 8 sections. De-seed, but leave the rinds on. Chop the rose petals coarsely.
  • Step 2
    Add all ingrediants except the pectin to the water, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Turn the heat back up, and add the pectin when it has reached a full boil again. Boil for another minute, remove from heat, and seal tightly in a jar.
