How to Make Mango Jam
- Peel the mangos and chop the pulp. In a medium sauce pan combine fruit and water, bring it to boil. With a hand blender mash the fruit.
- Add the rest of the ingredients mix well. Cook it medium high fire for about 45 minutes or until it gets thick. Cool it completly. Pass it to a jar or plastic container.
