Ingredients
- 3 - riped mangos
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How To Make mango jam

Step 1Peel the mangos and chop the pulp. In a medium sauce pan combine fruit and water, bring it to boil. With a hand blender mash the fruit.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients mix well. Cook it medium high fire for about 45 minutes or until it gets thick. Cool it completly. Pass it to a jar or plastic container.
