Tropical and delicious Jam .... i just Love Mango :)

Ingredients

  • 3 - riped mangos
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How To Make mango jam

  • Step 1
    Peel the mangos and chop the pulp. In a medium sauce pan combine fruit and water, bring it to boil. With a hand blender mash the fruit.
  • Step 2
    Add the rest of the ingredients mix well. Cook it medium high fire for about 45 minutes or until it gets thick. Cool it completly. Pass it to a jar or plastic container.
  • Step 3
    Serve as your desire
