How to Make JALAPENO JELLY
- Run peppers through a food processor using fine blades. USE ALL JUICE.
- Slowly boil ingredients for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
- Add liquid pectin and boil hard 1 minute
- Pour into sterilized 1/2 pint jars to within 1/4 inch from the top.
- Put on caps and put on screw bands, tighten firmly. Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Start timing when water starts boiling again
