Makes 4 half pints
Ingredients
- 3 - jalapeno peppers
- 4 - bell pepper
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 bottle liquid pectin
- 5 cups sugar
How To Make jalapeno jelly

Step 1Run peppers through a food processor using fine blades. USE ALL JUICE.

Step 2Slowly boil ingredients for 10 minutes, remove from heat.

Step 3Add liquid pectin and boil hard 1 minute

Step 4Pour into sterilized 1/2 pint jars to within 1/4 inch from the top.

Step 5Put on caps and put on screw bands, tighten firmly. Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Start timing when water starts boiling again
