Ingredients
- 3/4 cup finely chopped hot pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 6 oz.bottle fruit pecin
- 2-3 - drops food coloring
How To Make hot pepper jelly

Step 1Put peppers in the blender with vinegar:blend well.Mix pepper mixture with sugar and salt in large pan,bring to boil.Boil 2-3 minutes.Remove from heat and add fruit pectin and food coloring,stirring constantly.Let stand 2 minutes,then skim off foam.Pack in clean hot jars and seal.
