  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon salted butter
  • - canning jars, lids, and sealers
  • - fruit pectin, powdered
