This was given to me from my wife's aunt. It is so simple and easy. What is nice is that you can make any flavor you want.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups stevia in the raw
  • 4 cups cut up rhubarb
  • 3 ounces pkg jello (your choice in flavor)

How To Make easy easy jelly

  • Step 1
    Cook rhubarb down very slowly. Doesn't require liquid. Cook down unil it becomes smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add 4 cups sugar (bring to boil) Don't let sugar burn. After it all becomes liquid take off the stove.
  • Step 3
    Add jello package and stir. Pour into containers. I used 4 plastic 1 cup containers that I had from Fleischmans butter. Put in the refrigerator when done.
