This was given to me from my wife's aunt. It is so simple and easy. What is nice is that you can make any flavor you want.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 4 c
    stevia in the raw
  • 4 c
    cut up rhubarb
  • 3 oz
    pkg jello (your choice in flavor)

How to Make Easy Easy Jelly

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook rhubarb down very slowly. Doesn't require liquid. Cook down unil it becomes smooth.
  2. Add 4 cups sugar (bring to boil)
    Don't let sugar burn. After it all becomes liquid take off the stove.
  3. Add jello package and stir. Pour into containers. I used 4 plastic 1 cup containers that I had from Fleischmans butter. Put in the refrigerator when done.
