This was given to me from my wife's aunt. It is so simple and easy. What is nice is that you can make any flavor you want.

4 c
stevia in the raw
4 c
cut up rhubarb
3 oz
pkg jello (your choice in flavor)


1Cook rhubarb down very slowly. Doesn't require liquid. Cook down unil it becomes smooth.
2Add 4 cups sugar (bring to boil)
Don't let sugar burn. After it all becomes liquid take off the stove.
3Add jello package and stir. Pour into containers. I used 4 plastic 1 cup containers that I had from Fleischmans butter. Put in the refrigerator when done.
