How to Make Dr. Pepper Jelly
- Combine sugar, Dr. Pepper & lemon juice in a large saucepan. Add food color if desired and mix well.
Place over high heat* and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Stir in liquid pectin at once. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; skim off foam with a metal spoon.
Pour quickly into hot sterilized pint size jars and seal. Refrigerate.
