Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 large orange
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make cranberry sauce

Step 1Rinse cranberries and place in a slow cooker.

Step 2Rinse orange. Zest into cooker.

Step 3Peel the orange, cut it, and place it in the blender. Pulse. Place in the slow cooker.

Step 4Add 1 cup of sugar.

Step 5Add 1/2 cup of water.

Step 6Turn the slow cooker on high for 5 hours. Turn off, remove lid, and allow to cool. It will start to thicken.

Step 7If you wish to can, after you have turned off the cooker, heat your jars and lids.

Step 8Fill jars, place on lids, and place upside down in hot water. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. When you remove jars, the lids will be set.
