Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable ol or canola oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 - stalks celery
- 1 - bag (12oz) fresh cranberries
- 1 - green apple, peeled and diced
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 stick cinnamon
How To Make cranberry apple chutney

Step 1Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the onions and celery for 5 minutes or until tender

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients, stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally while cooking.

Step 3Can in a hot water bath to preserve or give as gifts in decorative small jar.
