Cranberry Apple Chutney
1 Tbspvegetable ol or canola oil
1 smallonion, diced
1bag (12oz) fresh cranberries
1green apple, peeled and diced
1 cbrown sugar, packed
How to Make Cranberry Apple Chutney
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the onions and celery for 5 minutes or until tender
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally while cooking.
- Can in a hot water bath to preserve or give as gifts in decorative small jar.
