Step 2STIR IN SUGAR, RETURN TO A FULL ROLLING BOIL. BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

Step 3REMOVE FROM HEAT, SKIM OFF ANY FOAM AND UNDISSOLVED CANDIES.

Step 4POUR HOT LIQUID INTO HOT JARS, LEAVING 1/4" HEADSPACE.
