Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (directions say 2 1/2 cups blueberries)
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ounces bottled fruit pectin

Step 1This makes 3 or 4 6oz jars.

Step 2Wash blueberries. Measure 2 1/2 cups into enamel or stainless steel pan. Crush berries in pan. Add sugar and juices. Mix well. Bring to full rolling boil hard for 1 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Seal in sterilized jars. Store, refrigerated, up to 2 months.
