- mash bananas. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg and lemon walnuts.
- In a seperate bowl measure sugar and set aside.
- In a saucepan, stir pectin into banana mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar quickly. Return to a full rolling boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and ladle into clean hot jilly jars. Let set at room templ. for 24 hrs befor storeing.
