I get alot of compliments on this jelly. I use apple cider from a local apple farm.

Ingredients For apple pie jelly

4 capple cider

4 Tbspmaple syrup

3 tspapple pie spice
-
1 boxpowder pectin ( 1.75oz )

5 cwhite sugar, or a mix of white & brown
How To Make apple pie jelly

1Place apple cider, maple syrup, and apple pie spices in a large stock pot or dutch oven.

2Add the pectin and bring to a boil until it dessolves into the liquid.

3Slowly stir in the sugar and bring back to a rolling boil over high heat. Boil for exactly 1 full minute.

4Remove from the heat and skim off foam with a metal spoon. Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4" headspace. Wipe rims.Cap and seal

5Process in a water-bath canner for 15 minutes, or 10 minutes for half pints
