I get alot of compliments on this jelly. I use apple cider from a local apple farm.

Ingredients
- 4 cups apple cider
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1 box powder pectin ( 1.75oz )
- 5 cups white sugar, or a mix of white & brown
How To Make apple pie jelly

Step 1Place apple cider, maple syrup, and apple pie spices in a large stock pot or dutch oven.

Step 2Add the pectin and bring to a boil until it dessolves into the liquid.

Step 3Slowly stir in the sugar and bring back to a rolling boil over high heat. Boil for exactly 1 full minute.

Step 4Remove from the heat and skim off foam with a metal spoon. Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4" headspace. Wipe rims.Cap and seal

Step 5Process in a water-bath canner for 15 minutes, or 10 minutes for half pints
