- 2 pounds apple pulp(or skins and cores)
- 4 cups water

Step 1Boil above ingredients for 40 mins.Press the juice through a cloth bag (cotton)then strain this juice through a fannel bag without pressure.Boil juice rapidly 15 mins.

Step 2Seal in sterilized KERR jars and use for jelly making.Add 1 cup apple pectin for each cup of other fruit juice used.See use the sure -jell this was before they have the good stuff lol Char
