How to Make Apple Marmalade
1Pare and slice apples, then add just enough water to prevent sticking.
2Cover and cook until apples are soft.
3Add grated rind and juice of lemon, and sugar.
4Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, and boil hard for one minute, then remove from fire.
5Add fruit pectin, stir 1 minute and skim.
