- 2/3 - lemon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 - bottle fruit pectin
How To Make apple marmalade

Step 1Pare and slice apples, then add just enough water to prevent sticking.

Step 2Cover and cook until apples are soft.

Step 3Add grated rind and juice of lemon, and sugar.

Step 4Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, and boil hard for one minute, then remove from fire.

Step 5Add fruit pectin, stir 1 minute and skim.
