How to Make Apple Marmalade
- 1Pare and slice apples, then add just enough water to prevent sticking.

- 3Add grated rind and juice of lemon, and sugar.
- 4Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, and boil hard for one minute, then remove from fire.
- 5Add fruit pectin, stir 1 minute and skim.
