- 1 cup frozen or fresh berries
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon mable syrup or raw honey
How To Make 4-ingredient jam

Step 1Warm the berries in a sauce pan until you can mash them with a fork.

Step 2Add the lemon juice and chia seeds and mix well. Add sweetener, to taste.

Step 3Let the jam simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4Once cool, add the jam to a small jar and store in the fridge up to 1 week.
