- 1-2 large green onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 3-4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese - or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon white wine

Step 1In a small saucepan, saute onions and garlic in butter until tender. Sprinkle with flour; stir until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese and wine; heat through. Serve sauce with roast or pork.
