1/2 - onion coarsely chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms cut up
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon white peppers
1 tablespoon chicken base
2 ounces or more vodka
1 ounce white wine
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream

How To Make vodka sauce also called minure sauce

Step 1

Add all ingredients to stock pot. Simmer 1 hour. Serve over pasta
