How to Make Tomato Gravy


  1. Put a thin layer (about 1/4 cup) of vegetable oil in skillet. Add 1/2 cup flour and stir till it starts to brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and a little hot water, salt and pepper, cooking until it starts to thicken.
  3. Add a little more hot water, if needed.
