- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2-3 cans diced tomatoes
- 8-16 ounces hot water, or as needed
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make tomato gravy

Step 1Put a thin layer (about 1/4 cup) of vegetable oil in skillet. Add 1/2 cup flour and stir till it starts to brown.

Step 2Add tomatoes and a little hot water, salt and pepper, cooking until it starts to thicken.

Step 3Add a little more hot water, if needed.
