- 4 tablespoons bacon grease
- 1/4to1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons heaping tablespoons of flour
- 2/3 pint tomato juice
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 pint milk
- - - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tomato gravy

Step 1Saute onion in grease until soft, add flour, brown lightly, add tomato juice, Let boil up. Add baking soda, stirring well, add milk and come to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
