1/4to1/2 conion chopped

2 Tbspheaping tablespoons of flour

2/3 pttomato juice

1/8 tspbaking soda

2/3 ptmilk

-salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Tomato Gravy
- Saute onion in grease until soft, add flour, brown lightly, add tomato juice, Let boil up. Add baking soda, stirring well, add milk and come to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Delicious on bread or biscuts.
