Ingredients
- 1/2 package mild sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour or wondra
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
How To Make southern style sausage gravy

Step 1Cook sausage until done. Add butter & flour. Simmer for a few minutes on medium heat stirring frequently.

Step 2Add milk, salt & pepper. Simmer over medium-high heat stirring comstantly until desired thickness.

Step 3Spoon gravy over biscuits and enjoy!
