How to Make Southern Sausage Gravy
- Brown sausage in a large skillet. remove sausage but keep drippings. Add butter to same akillet and bring pan to medium to heat.
- Slowly whisk in flour, stirring constantly till smooth, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in fist 2 cups of milk and mix, till bubbly. continue whisking in milk until you reach your desired consistancy
Add salt and pepper to taste and return sausage to gravy.
