1crumble sausage into a pan and cook until n longer pink. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels, thoroughly, reserving 8 Tbsp of the fat.
2put the 8 Tbsp of fat back on high heat and add the flour, salt and pepper. Stir until golden brown. Add milk, stirring until thick. Stir in the drained sausage and cook until warmed through and serve over hot biscuits.
