- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup chicken or beef bouillon
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1Simmer the mushrooms with the onions and bullion for 15 minutes. Stir in the flour mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add sour cream. Yeilds 3 cups.
