I am a lazy cook.. So when I can make something easy and delicious I'm all over it.. I love baked potatoes but they really need a little help.. This easy sauce is great over Roast beef..pork chops too.. People will think you slaved over this when in fact you hardly did anything at all... Hope you enjoy this...

Ingredients

1/2 stick of real butter
pint box sliced mushrooms
8 ounces sour cream

How To Make sauce for potatoes or meat

Step 1

in a medium fry pan...melt butter until hot..

Step 2

Add mushrooms and saute until golden brown.. five to ten minutes...add more butter, 1/4 of a stick..
Step 3

Turn down the heat and add the sour cream, stirring it. Pour over patatoes...Meat..Chicken too..
