    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon peel, fnely shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar

How to Make Raisin Sauce for Ham

Step-by-Step

  1. In saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually stir in water, then raisins, lemon peel, lemon juice and vinegar.
  3. Cook, stirring, until thickened and bubbly.
