- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups turkey broth
- - pan drippings
- - salt and pepper
How To Make perfect turkey gravy

Step 1Drain all turkey drippings into a gravy separator.

Step 2Make a slurry using 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup water in a shaker or tightly sealed jar. Shake vigorously.

Step 3Place roasting pan over two burners on medium high heat. Add just enough water to roasting pan to scrape drippings from sides and bottom of pan.

Step 4Whisking continually add slurry

Step 5Add turkey broth a little at a time while continuing to whisk briskly until gravy is desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper
