Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups beef stock
- pepper
How To Make onion & mushroom gravy

Step 1In a pot, melt the butter, add in the onions sauté a few minutes.

Step 2Add in mushrooms, stir together with onions.

Step 3Add in the stock, reserving a table spoon to mix with cornstarch (slurry)

Step 4Bring to a gentle boil and gently add in the cornstarch slurry

Step 5Turn off heat and cover.
