8 ozfresh mushrooms,what ever kind u like...as many kinds as u want]

2 largegreen onions
-
5 clovegarlic
-
3 slicebacon
-
1 tspliquid smoke flavoring
-
1/3 cflour
-
1 cheavy cream
-
·sour cream,as needed

1 Tbspchives, dried
How to Make MUSHROOM GRAVY
- in lg fry pan put bacon that is cut in bit size pieces...cook and fry til crisp...
- put onions,garlic in food processor remove and put in small bowl now chop mushroom..
- add onion/garlic to bacon stir well coatin with bacon fat now add mushrooms cook several min...
- while mushrooms cook mix flour and cream in small bowl add liquid smoke now add flour mix to pan cook and stir til it boils.... add sour cream to make it the thickness u want sprinkle chives on top after u pour gravy into servin dish
