my go to when i need a gravy... made this for x-mas dinner ...so easy and good....

Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms,what ever kind u like...as many kinds as u want]
- 2 large green onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - sour cream,as needed
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried

Step 1in lg fry pan put bacon that is cut in bit size pieces...cook and fry til crisp...

Step 2put onions,garlic in food processor remove and put in small bowl now chop mushroom..

Step 3add onion/garlic to bacon stir well coatin with bacon fat now add mushrooms cook several min...

Step 4while mushrooms cook mix flour and cream in small bowl add liquid smoke now add flour mix to pan cook and stir til it boils.... add sour cream to make it the thickness u want sprinkle chives on top after u pour gravy into servin dish
